Refund policy
Strict Returns & Exchange Policy
We maintain strict quality control and carefully package all goods prior to dispatch. By accepting delivery, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Inspection on Delivery (Mandatory)
All items must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Any damage goods must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Evidence Requirement
All claims must include clear photographic evidence of items in cartons:
- The alleged damage
- The packaging (internal and external)
- The item as delivered in original packaging
- Original packaging must be retained for safe return of items
We reserve the right to reject any claim where sufficient evidence is not provided.
3. Definition of Damage (Exclusions Apply)
Exchanges are strictly limited to major damage or manufacturing faults that affect the use or structural integrity of the product.
We do not accept exchange requests for:
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Marks, scratches, or blemishes that do not affect function
- Variations inherent in materials or finishes
- Damage caused during handling after delivery
4. Original Packaging Requirement
All approved returns must be sent back in original packaging with all protective materials intact.
Failure to comply will result in:
- No exchange being provided, and
- A partial refund or store credit only, at our sole discretion.
5. Exchange Outcome
Once the item is received and assessed, we will issue a replacement item only where the claim meets the above criteria.
6. No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind so please check specifications for water depth of each item
7. Consumer Law Notice
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However, we reserve the right to assess all claims in line with what constitutes a major failure or genuine fault under the law.
