Do you supply accessories on the USA website ?

We only have items on the website in stock and can request USA to quote you for accessories as they are not currently stocked in Australia.

How long does an order take ?

Typically it takes around 10 business days for the stock to be despatched and depending on your postcode 3 to 5 days for the courier delivery.

Can the loungers be left outside ?

Yes they made with a UV rated resin which can withstand sunlight for many years

Do they need to be filled with water. 

If they are placed in water depth exceeding the recommended depth they can be filled with water to reduce the buoyancy level.

Warranty does not apply to:

• Transportation, labor, or assembly costs
• Incidental or consequential damages like marks resulting from the use of products, this includes water imbalance marks or other external factors 
• Any parties or individuals other than the original owner
